Every class, led by Executive Chef Ryan Smith and his talented kitchen team, offers an unparalleled, authentic hands-on experience. Class will begin with a stroll through our all-natural garden, where you’ll pluck the actual herbs and vegetables that will be used in your own farm-to-table masterpiece, before returning to the kitchen to cook alongside our culinary team. We offer both private classes and weekend cooking retreats to groups and individuals by prior arrangement.
