  • 1 cup Dandelion Root Chai Latte Mix (recipe provided below)
  • 0.5 cup milk of your choice, warmed with foam

Instructions:

  1. Warm the homemade chai mix in a small pot until it simmers.
  2. Pour the chai mixture into a large tea mug.
  3. Top it with foamed milk.
  4. Find a cozy spot with a good book, sip slowly, and savor the flavors.

Dandelion Root Chai Latte Mix (Makes 4 cups):

Ingredients:

  • 4.5 cups filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons dandelion root granules
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom pods, slightly crushed
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole star anise
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 10 whole black peppercorns
  • 1 one-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and smashed

Instructions:
